This session will gently guide you through mindful breath work and the art of seated meditation, all set to soft, soothing background music. What to Expect: Breath Work: We will begin with deep, calming breaths to center the mind and prepare the body for meditation. Each inhale will bring in a sense of calm, and each exhale will release any tension or stress. Finding Comfort: I will guide you into a comfortable seated position, ensuring that your posture is relaxed yet supportive. Whether you choose to sit on a cushion, chair, or directly on the floor, we will find the best position to allow for ease and stability. Mindfulness and Relaxation: With the soft music playing in the background, I will lead you through a series of gentle cues to help you focus on your breath, letting go of distractions and embracing the present moment. This part of the meditation will help you cultivate mindfulness, bringing awareness to your body and mind. Silence: A block of time with no instruction and only music in the background so that you can go deep. Ideal for All Levels: This guided seated meditation is suitable for practitioners of all levels, from beginners to seasoned meditators. No prior experience is necessary, just an open mind and a willingness to find stillness within. Preparation: Find a quiet space where you won't be disturbed, and gather any props that will help you sit comfortably, such as a cushion, blanket, or chair.
